Initial Consultation
It all starts with a conversation about your project and goals. We'll prioritize your desires while offering professional recommendations on layout, amenities, and more.

Basic Sketch
Our team creates a working floor plan that allows you to see and review the features of
your future home.

Approval
Once you're happy with your interior home design, basement, and exterior elevations, we'll begin to finalize our drawings.

Working Drawings
Your home plans will be finalized with all the details and measurements needed by the builder and construction team.

Delivery
You'll receive your final custom home plan as a PDF, which you can take to your builder. Need printed copies? We can help with that too!
